Diske Uno

A graphic designer by degree, graffiti artist in his heart, Diske Uno finished his studies in graphic design, but his true school has been the street, learning of other artists. This approach led him to turn all his knowledge to generate his own style. He has brought his street art to many parts of of Culiacán, Sinaloa and other states throughout Mexico, most recently a large mural in Chicago, IL USA. In “Visiones de la forma interior”" the Huichol culture is the main protagonist. Depicting a rebirth, human bodies in positions that seem to be held in the air, interacting with nature, mainly flowers. The use of animals, like the deer, is also frequent in their works, because for the Huichols, they are fundamental guides in their rituals.
